Born and raised in Morgantown, WV – John Lovio offers a level of local expertise that only a true native can provide. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, John has built deep-rooted connections across North Central, West Virginia. He maintains membership as part of the Morgantown Board of REALTORS®, the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. John is a 2023, 2024, and 2025 winner of the Realtors United Challenge, with his team raising over $13,000 for the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties.
