Aimee Fominko is a licensed REALTOR® serving North Central WV since March 2024. A lifelong resident of Morgantown, Aimee is deeply rooted in the community and proudly calls it home. As a devoted mother of three and grandmother of two, she understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to call Home.

With over 20 years of experience as a property manager—primarily overseeing student rentals—Aimee brings extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, property operations, and investment potential. Her background has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset that benefits both buyers and sellers.

Aimee has always had a passion for helping people, especially those who believe homeownership may be out of reach. She is particularly excited to work with veterans and their families, as supporting those who serve is close to her heart due to the many veterans in her extended family.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Aimee enjoys cheering on the Mountaineers, listening to music, fishing, and expressing her creativity through painting.
