Donnie Smith grew up in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and has lived in the Morgantown area for about 20 years. Donnie graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. His claim to fame is that Donnie was the West Virginia University Mountaineer Mascot, while attending school. He worked as a pediatric intensive care unit nurse at WVU. Donnie also spent 12 years as a pharmaceutical sales representative, while obtaining his MBA at Drexel University. Prior to working full time as a REALTOR®, Donnie was an online education director for a healthcare program at a university on the West Coast. He obtained his education specialist and doctorate in education as well.
Donnie also served in the United States Marine Corps in the air defense and intel fields after he graduated from high school. He is still involved with the local Marines recruiting team in educating families on preparation and process of the recruit training.
In 2020, Donnie obtained his WV Real Estate License. He enjoys helping people realize their real estate dreams by representing both buyers and sellers by building strong relationships, listening to his client’s needs and assisting them to the finish line. Donnie is a member of the Morgantown Board of REALTORS® as well as the WV and National Association of REALTORS®. Also, Donnie enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and his son, Quintin.
